These website terms govern general use of the website and any services not otherwise governed by a signed agreement.
Accounts and Client Materials
You are responsible for information, credentials, content, data, instructions, and materials you provide to WildHouse. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to use those materials to provide the services.

AI and Automated Outputs

Intellectual Property
WildHouse materials, frameworks, methods, templates, pre-existing tools, code, documentation, and know-how remain owned by WildHouse or its licensors. Client ownership or license rights in deliverables are defined by the signed agreement. You retain ownership of materials you supply to us.
Confidentiality
Where confidential information is exchanged, each party will use reasonable care to protect it and will use it only for the permitted business purpose. Additional confidentiality obligations may be set out in a signed agreement.
Fees and Payment
Fees, billing schedules, expenses, taxes, and payment terms are governed by the applicable signed proposal or agreement.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these terms, a security risk, nonpayment under an applicable agreement, or legal exposure.

Governing Law and Venue
