Acceptance

By accessing or using the WildHouse website or services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

Business Use and Eligibility

WildHouse provides services for business and professional use. You represent that you have authority to act for the organization you identify and that your use will comply with applicable laws and agreements.

WildHouse Services

WildHouse offers AI agents, websites, web products, growth systems, strategy, automations, and related professional services. The scope, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and fees for client work are defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or other signed agreement.

Proposals and Client Agreements

If a signed statement of work, proposal, master services agreement, or similar written agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for the covered work. These website terms govern general use of the website and any services not otherwise governed by a signed agreement.

Accounts and Client Materials

You are responsible for information, credentials, content, data, instructions, and materials you provide to WildHouse. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to use those materials to provide the services.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the website or services to violate laws, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with systems, misuse automated tools, attempt unauthorized access, or create deceptive, harmful, or abusive outputs.

AI and Automated Outputs

AI agents and automated systems may generate outputs that are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for human review, testing, approval, and use of any output before relying on it in business decisions or publishing it.

Third-Party Services and Integrations

WildHouse may use or connect to third-party platforms, models, APIs, hosting providers, analytics tools, communication systems, payment services, and other integrations. Their availability, functionality, security, and terms are controlled by the providers, not WildHouse.

Intellectual Property

WildHouse materials, frameworks, methods, templates, pre-existing tools, code, documentation, and know-how remain owned by WildHouse or its licensors. Client ownership or license rights in deliverables are defined by the signed agreement. You retain ownership of materials you supply to us.

Confidentiality

Where confidential information is exchanged, each party will use reasonable care to protect it and will use it only for the permitted business purpose. Additional confidentiality obligations may be set out in a signed agreement.

Fees and Payment

Fees, billing schedules, expenses, taxes, and payment terms are governed by the applicable signed proposal or agreement.

No Professional Advice

WildHouse does not provide financial, legal, tax, compliance, accounting, medical, or other regulated professional advice. Information and outputs from our website or services are not a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.

Disclaimers

The website and any general information are provided “as is” and “as available.” Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, WildHouse does not guarantee regulatory compliance, business performance, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WildHouse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Any liability for client services is subject to the limits stated in the applicable signed agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WildHouse harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website or services, violation of these terms, or materials you provide.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these terms, a security risk, nonpayment under an applicable agreement, or legal exposure.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law and Venue
